GENTLE YOGA

Ideal for people living with medical conditions including cancer. This class is also suitable for beginners.

This class consists of gentle practices to increase body awareness, adapted asanas, breathing practices, pranayama, mantras, mudras and Yoga Nidra. The experienced students in this class learn meditation techniques.

£40 for 5 classes – Register now (this is not a drop-in class).

*Starting Tuesday 7 November 16:45- 18:00

5 week term, 7 November-12 December 2017, £40. (No class on the 21 November)

YOGA  AFTER  WORK 

Note: This class is for students with at least one year of practice.

*Wednesday 6:15-7:45

A classical style of  yoga class for after work. This is a second year level. This class is now introducing preparations for meditation techniques.

Asanas (postures) to stretch and strengthen, breathing practices and pranayama to revitalize, Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. Mantras and mudras are part of the lesson.

Next term starting 1 November 2017, £56 for a 7 week term, please contact the teacher to register. The 7 week term is payable in full on the first lesson. No refunds for missed classes.

PRIVATE OR SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS-IN YOUR HOME

* Note: I am not currently accepting any more bookings for private classes.

Available upon request and  booked by telephone.

Classes for groups of  teenagers, adults and children with additional needs are available.

 What to wear and bring:

Please wear comfortable clothing such as stretchy track suit bottoms. Yoga is done in bare feet. Bring your own yoga mat. You may temporarily borrow a mat and blanket to start with if you don’t have one. Please bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end.

Avoid eating for at least two hours before the class.
