This class consists of gentle practices to increase body awareness, adapted asanas, breathing practices, pranayama, mantras, mudras and Yoga Nidra. The experienced students in this class learn meditation techniques.
£45 for 5 classes – Register now (this is not a drop-in class).
YOGA AFTER WORK
Note: This class is for students with at least two years of practice.
A classical style of yoga class for after work. This is a second year level. This class is now introducing meditation techniques.
Asanas (postures) to stretch and strengthen, surya namaskara, breathing practices and pranayama (such as Nadi Shodhana) to revitalize, Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. Mantras, mudras and bandhas are part of the lesson.
Next term starts 11 September 2019 for a 6 week term, please contact the teacher to register.
The 6 week term is payable in full on the first lesson. Cheques or cash accepted. No refunds for missed classes.

What to wear and bring:
Please wear comfortable clothing such as stretchy track suit bottoms. Yoga is done in bare feet. Bring your own yoga mat. You may temporarily borrow a mat and blanket to start with if you don’t have one. Please bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end.
Avoid eating for at least two hours before the class.
