Treat yourself to a moment of inner peace.

 Asanas, with plenty of time to rest in between, breathing practices and tranquilizing pranayama, followed by Yoga Nidra. After a short break, you will explore a simple meditation technique of Kaya Sthairyam: body steadiness.

This mini-workshop is for yoga students with at least one year of yoga practice.
