Short lessons available:

*Introduction to Yoga Nidra for members of the London Freediving Club.

*Surya Namaskara as a warm up.

*Breathing practices and pranayama.

£25.00 for 5 sessions

8:30 pm, before pool training. All lessons follow the Satyananda Yoga techniques.
